Seamus, you just seem to cut through the waffle. Seamus, I love your no bullshit approach. My energy has gone through the roof. You make me accountable without feeling judged. These are just some statements that I have heard recently on client coaching calls. This is how my one-to-one clients feel that they're benefiting from being coached by me. Clients feel that they're benefiting from being coached by me and, to be totally honest, some of the feedback that I get like this sometimes is a bit surprising and sometimes I I get it and sometimes I understand it. Um, but it's always good to get that type of feedback.

As a coach, it's always good to get that type of feedback to see how an approach that I have that I'm maybe not being fully conscious of is just kind of how I coach helps other people transform, helps other people deal with what they're dealing with, helps other people shift their energy and get a different outcome. To be honest, I think almost 20 years of working with people and previously in the fitness industry and knowing what it actually takes to get real results has really helped me transition into working with CEOs and business owners and business leaders to help them within their daily life, within their business, to get the best results that they want to get and help them feel how they want to feel. Some people need more help with their mindset and dealing with challenges internally, like fears, insecurities, procrastination, imposter syndrome, relationship dynamics, either personal or in business. But there isn't one person in business who won't benefit from eating better, improved sleep, getting fitter and stronger, learning so as they relax and switch off so that they can empower the mind.

Now what I love to do as a coach is combine it all, put it all together, bring in the mindset work, bring in the health and fitness work, bring in all of these things into the one package so that it really begins to help who I'm working with improve in all areas.
